Two Shades of Grey.

Black has to be the only color I don't like when it comes to clothing. Nevertheless, I can't not acknowledge how important it is for our wardrobes.

On the other hand I love grey! Its classy, cool and so chic. Christian Dior says, "You can wear black at any time. You can wear it at any age. You may wear it for almost any occasion."  I say that, that color is Grey. You can wear Grey at any time and at any age. And Grey with Black is poetry. If only I could get my hands on Dior's collection. Grr.

T-shirt: Mango
Lipstick: Take Me As I Am from Colorbar, Shade: Mischievous Wine

Jeans: Marks and Spencers
Footwear: Miss Bennett London
Handbag: Mango

Earrnigs: Mango

The Colorbar "Take Me As I Am" Lipcolor is an amazing range if you want fast color with crème finish. Unlike matt lipsticks (that I personally hate because of what they do to my lips) these don't turn flaky even after a while. Although you will have to touch it up if you are not careful during a meal (which I never am).

Watch: Esprit, Borrowed.
Bangles: Street Shopping from Nehru Bazaar in Jaipur.
Rings: Mango
This bag from Mango is the sturdiest little thing ever. I have been manhandling it for 6 months daily and its still as good as new. And there isn't a single thing in my wardrobe it doesn't go with. Same goes for sandals. They are unbelievably comfortable. I like the white platform, though keeping it clean in the Indian dust is impossible.

I have always been a big fan of fitted jeans with loose t-shirts/tops. It really goes with my personality and very easy to carry. Its almost impossible to go wrong with it on a casual day-out.

Thug moment :P

I hate jeans. Its the most uncomfortable thing in the world. But this high-waist jeans from Marks & Spencer is amazing in its fit. And we all know how difficult it is to keep a black jeans from fading into a sad dull grey. So I don't know what M&S have done, because even after 4 months of weekly washing and sun drying the color doesn't budge.

Nuff photos. Bye!

Most of the people reading my not-at-all popular blog are my friends and family. To you I have to say a big thank you! For watching me having fun with what I love doing and being so encouraging.

Audery Hepburn meets Son Goku.

Hello! Now I am actually, really kick starting my blog after a 10 month hiatus. And this time I have decided to stick to it. I have changed a lot in the meantime. (That's a lie. Only my hair has changed). My hair has grown longer. And I have changed its color from soft brown to jet black. And I still dont look like an Emo, like i wanted to. Such a waste.

Anyway, I am wearing a very eclectic ensemble today. Its elegant with its well tailored skirt-dress (Audery Hepburn). And also very bohemian in feel with that Kimono-style smock and brown boots (Son Goku). I especially love that dusky orange color,

I realized today that I suck as a model. Hopefully I will learn with time.

Dress: Street-side shopping in Pondicherry
Smock: Alia Bhatt for Jabong
Boots: Valentino

No, I can't keep a straight face.

The most amazing boots in the world.

Somebody teach this woman how to walk like a human.

How to pose with a Banyan Tree 101#

I am a having deep, retrospective moment here.

Prepping for Kamehame-ha!

I had a lot of fun today.  I have always enjoyed putting together eccentric outfits. And I owe a lot to Pratik Munghate, my friend and cameraman. Kudos to you dude. I know you call yourself amateur but it takes real talent to make me look this pretty.

If you like my posts and sense of style do subscribe and share. And lastly I would like to present....

Me and Goku.
Close Enough.
